Project Overview
This project is inspired by Nepal’s natural landscape—especially its mountains—and is designed to be guided by the surroundings, shaped by nature, and driven by environmental performance. The architecture merges nature and technology, using light, water, greenery, and natural materials to create a biophilic and energy-efficient built environment.
The building takes the form of a parametric “mountain”, composed of triangular panels that integrate transparent luminescent solar concentrators (LSCs). These solar panels are controlled by artificial intelligence, generating unique and organic lighting scenarios while producing clean energy. AI systems also manage indoor temperature, daylight levels, and energy usage to significantly reduce environmental impact.
As a future-focused commercial hub, the space features a fully digital shopping experience where online clothing purchases are integrated with the physical environment. The building is designed to be generating its own renewable power, lowering energy consumption, and addressing major global issues such as climate change, pollution, and ecological degradation.
Overall, the concept combines natural inspiration, advanced parametric design, renewable energy systems, and AI-driven technologies to create a sustainable, intelligent, and immersive environment for users.
